No Presumptions for Ambiguities. Each party hereby represents and warrants that although the initial draft of this Contract may have been prepared by one party, both parties have been given the opportunity to review this Contract with counsel of their choice, and have made additions, revisions, and amendments hereto. Therefore, each party hereby covenants and agrees that they are co-drafters of this Contract such that any ambiguities cannot be construed against any party.
