Common use of No Prohibited Activity Clause in Contracts

No Prohibited Activity. Tenant agrees that it will not keep, use, sell or offer for sale in or upon the Premises any article or permit any activity which may be prohibited by any standard form of insurance policy. Tenant agrees to pay any increase in premiums for insurance which may be carried by Landlord on the Property or the overall development in which the Hotel Casino is situated, resulting from the type of operations, of merchandise sold, or services rendered by Tenant or any of its activities in or about the Premises, whether or not Landlord has consented to the same.

Tenant agrees that it will not keep, use, sell or offer for sale in or upon the Premises any article or permit any activity which may be prohibited by any standard form of insurance policy.
