No Prohibited Acts or Changes. Borrower shall not have taken any action or permitted any condition to exist which would have been prohibited by any provision of the Loan Documents and all information and documents heretofore delivered by Borrower to Agent with respect to Borrower or the Resorts, including information and documents delivered in connection with the Additional Credit Facility, remain true and correct in all respects.
