No Prohibited Use. Concessionaire agrees not to use or permit the Concession Space to be used for any purpose not authorized hereunder or prohibited by the laws of the United States or the State of Colorado, the ordinances or Charter of the City and County of Denver, and it further agrees that it will use the Concession Space in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and all general rules and regulations adopted by the City or the Manager for the management, operation and control of the Airport, either promulgated by the City on its own initiative or in compliance with regulations or actions of the Federal Aviation Administration or other authorized federal agency. Concessionaire further agrees to submit any report, reports or information which the City is required by law or regulation to obtain from Concessionaire or which the Manager may request relating to Concessionaire's operations.
No Prohibited Use. As a condition of use of XxxxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx, the Physician warrants that XxxxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx will not be used for any purpose inconsistent with these Terms and that to the extent that these Terms are found by proper authority not to be in compliance with the law, Physician agrees that the Terms may, in the complete discretion of XxxxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx, be modified so as to be compliant with the law. The Physician may not use XxxxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx in any way that would damage, disable, overburden, or impair XxxxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx, or interfere with any other party's use of XxxxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx. The Physician may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through XxxxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx. The Physician understands that XxxxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx will not allow Physician to create coupons of their own, but must use coupons created and made available by XxxxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx. No coupons for free services will be made available. Only coupons for discounts will be available on XxxxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx. Coupons and related discounts will be offered to any and every patient or qualified entity on equal terms. The Physician acknowledges that they have an independent obligation to comply with the law, aside from any obligations imposed by these Terms, including, but not limited to, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the discount safe harbor to the Anti-Kickback Statute. The Physician further acknowledges that XxxxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx has not made any representations, nor given any advice, on what is required of the Physician to comply with the law, including, but not limited to, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the discount safe harbor. It is incumbent upon Physician to determine what is required to comply with the discount safe harbour to the Anti-Kickback Statute and any other applicable law. However, notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent consistent with the discount safe harbour to the Anti-Kickback Statute, Physician agrees to provide an invoice to each patient that accurately reflects the discount afforded to the patient, and to notify the patient in writing of their obligation to advise the federal health care program to which they submit any claim of the discount they received. No Prohibited Use. CSI’s mission is to provide workspace for social entrepreneurs. We accepted your application to become a member of CSI because we believe in the social value of your project as it has been described. For that reason, Services can only be used to carry out the mission and activities that were listed in your application and approved by CSI. If you want to change the direction of your project, including the mission and activities you will be carrying out using the Services, you must get the written permission of CSI. CSI makes no representation about whether your activities comply with legal requirements and you are to satisfy yourself that your intended use of the Services is in compliance with all laws, by-laws and government rules and regulations. You may not use the Services for any unlawful or offensive purposes, as determined by CSI in its sole discretion. You may not do anything or permit anything to be done that may cause an increase to the premiums or cancellation of insurance of CSI or any other entity.
No Prohibited Use. Participating Entity may not use the Services if (a) it is prohibited by law from sending, receiving, finding, or using Message Content through the Services, or (b) it is not fully able and competent to enter into a binding contract with the Network regarding the use of the Services.
