Common use of No Proposed Changes Clause in Contracts

No Proposed Changes. Lessee has no actual knowledge of any applicable Legal Requirements which have been enacted, promulgated or issued within the eighteen (18) months preceding the date of this Lease or any proposed applicable Legal Requirements currently pending in the State which may materially adversely affect rates at the Facility (or any program operated by a member of the Leasing Group in conjunction with the Facility) or may result in the likelihood of increased competition at the Facility or the imposition of Medicaid, Medicare, charity, free care, welfare or other discounted or government assisted residents at the Facility or require that Lessee or the Facility obtain a certificate of need, Section 1122 approval or the equivalent, which Lessee or the Facility does not currently possess.
