No Proposed Changes. The Lessee has no actual knowledge of any Legal Requirements which have been enacted, promulgated or issued within the eighteen (18) months preceding the date of this Lease or any proposed Legal Requirements currently pending in the State which may materially adversely affect rates at the Facility (or any program operated in conjunction with the Facility) or the imposition of Medicaid, Medicare, charity, free care, welfare or other discounted or government assisted residents at the Facility or require that the Lessee or the Facility obtain a certificate of need, Section 1122 approval or the equivalent, which the Lessee or the Facility does not currently possess.
