No Prudent Investor Standard. The Trustees shall not be required to follow the "prudent investor" or any similar rule, and in particular, the "prudent investor" or any similar rule shall not constitute, or be deemed to constitute, a basis for the exchange, distribution, assignment, sale, transfer, conveyance, grant of an option on, or encumbrance on the Trust Assets. In addition, the Trustees shall not be under any obligation to diversify the Trust Assets.
