Common use of No Quorum Clause in Contracts

No Quorum. If a quorum of Subscription Receiptholders is not present within 30 minutes after the time fixed for holding a meeting, the meeting, if summoned by Subscription Receiptholders or on a Subscription Receiptholders' Request, will be dissolved, but, subject to Section 9.12 hereof, in any other case will be adjourned to the third following Business Day at the same time and place and no notice of the adjournment need be given.

No Quorum. If a quorum of FT Subscription Receiptholders is not present within 30 minutes after the time fixed for holding a meeting, the meeting, if summoned by FT Subscription Receiptholders or on a FT Subscription Receiptholders' Request, will be dissolved, but, subject to Section 9.12 8.12 hereof, in any other case will be adjourned to the third following seventh (7th) Business Day at the same time and place and no notice of the adjournment need be given.

If a quorum of Subscription Receiptholders is not present within 30 minutes after the time fixed for holding a meeting, the meeting, if summoned by Subscription Receiptholders or on a Subscription Receiptholders' Request, will be dissolved, but, subject to Section 9.12 9.13 hereof, in any other case will be adjourned to the third following Business Day at the same time and place and no notice of the adjournment need be given.
