Common use of No Quorum Clause in Contracts

No Quorum. If a quorum of Warrantholders is not present within 30 minutes after the time fixed for holding a meeting, the meeting, subject to Section 7.6(s) hereof, shall be adjourned to the date that is the fifth Business Day following the initial meeting date and shall be at the same time and location and no notice of the adjournment need be given.
