Common use of No Quorum Clause in Contracts

No Quorum. (a) If a quorum is not present within 15 minutes after the scheduled time for the meeting, the meeting is: (i) if convened on the requisition of Unit Holders – dissolved; or (ii) otherwise – adjourned to such place and time as the Trustee decides. (b) At any adjourned meeting, those Unit Holders present in person or by proxy or representative constitute a quorum, provided at least two Business Days’ notice is given of the adjourned meeting.
