No Real Property Interest Conveyed. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, this Agreement shall not result in the conveyance or transfer to Seller, directly or indirectly, expressly or impliedly, or give rise to, any real property right, title, or interest. DRAFTING NOTES: ATTACHMENT X MAY BE REVISED TO ACCOUNT FOR MATTERS SUCH AS THE SPECIFICS OF THE SITE IN QUESTION, SELLER’S FACILITY AND ANY NECESSARY ACCESS ARRANGEMENTS THROUGH COMPANY’S FACILITIES.
