No Reason Personal Day. Two (2) contractual days per year shall be granted by the District Human Resources Director for strictly personal reasons to teachers who complete 100 or more days, but less than 186 days or a full semester of service in the school year. One (1) day per year shall be granted by the District Human Resources Director for strictly personal reasons to long term substitute teachers who complete more than 31 days and less than 100 days or less than a full semester of service in the school year.
