No Recordation of Agreement. In no event shall this Agreement or any memorandum hereof be recorded in the public records of any place in which all or any part of the Property is situated, and any such recordation or attempted recordation shall constitute a breach of this Agreement by the Party responsible for such recordation or attempted recordation.
