Common use of No Recourse Against County Clause in Contracts

No Recourse Against County. The Licensee shall have no recourse against the County, its elected or appointed officials, officers, boards, commissions, commissioners, employees and agents for any loss, cost, expense, claim, liability or damage arising out of any action undertaken or not undertaken by the Licensee pursuant to this Agreement or applicable law, whether or not such action or non-action was required by this Agreement or applicable law, arising out of the enforcement or non-enforcement by the County or the Board of any provision or requirement of this Agreement or applicable law, or otherwise arising out of the Agreement or applicable law. This Section shall not preclude injunctive relief.
