No Recourse to Certificate Issuer. Notwithstanding any provision of this Certificate Indenture or any supplemental certificate indenture to the contrary, Holders shall have no recourse against the Certificate Trustee or the Certificate Issuer, but shall look only to the Trust Property with respect to any amounts due to the Holders hereunder and under the Certificates.
