PAYMENTS AND STATEMENTS TO CERTIFICATEHOLDERS. SECTION 1.131. Certificate Account. ------------------- The Master Servicer shall, prior to the Delivery Date, establish and maintain, in the name of the Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders, the Certificate Account, into which the Master Servicer shall deposit not later than each Distribution Date, the amounts specified in Section [3.08]. All distributions to be made from time to time to the Certificateholders out of funds in the Certificate Account shall be made by the Master Servicer.
