No Reduction of Benefit or Payment. No payment or benefit made or provided under this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute payment to Employee or his legal representative or guardian in lieu of, or in reduction of, any benefit or payment under an insurance, pension or other benefit plan, and no payment under any such plan shall reduce any payment or benefit due under this Agreement except as set forth in Section 5.3 of this Agreement.
