No Refunds or Credits. Except as otherwise expressly and specifically set forth in this Agreement, (i) any amount paid to the University pursuant to this Agreement shall be non-refundable under all circumstances, and (ii) any amount paid with respect to an obligation of Licensee under this Agreement shall not be credited against any other amount paid with respect to any other obligation of Licensee under this Agreement.
