Common use of No Relationship of Parties Clause in Contracts

No Relationship of Parties. This Agreement is intended to provide only for the handling and protection of Confidential Information and the avoidance of circumvention of parties. It shall not be construed as a teaming, joint venture, partnership or other similar arrangement or relationship. Specifically, this Agreement shall not be construed in any manner to create an obligation on the part of either party to enter into any contractual service or sales arrangement or to perform any obligations not expressly set forth herein.
