Common use of NO RELAXATION Clause in Contracts

NO RELAXATION. No relaxation which the LANDLORD may give at any time whatsoever in regard to the carrying out of any of the TENANT’s obligations in terms of this lease shall prejudice or be a waiver of any of the LANDLORD’s rights in terms of this lease.
