Common use of No Release of Liability Clause in Contracts

No Release of Liability. Termination of this Agreement shall not relieve Contractor or any of its employees, Subcontractors, or consultants of liability for violations of this Agreement or for any act or omission, or negligence, of Contractor. In the event of a termination, Contractor hereby consents to employment by Owner of a substitute Contractor to complete the services under this Agreement, with the substitute Contractor having all rights and privileges of the original Contractor of the Project.
