Common use of No Release of Sublessee Clause in Contracts

No Release of Sublessee. Regardless of Sublessor’s consent, no subletting or assignment shall release Sublessee of Sublessee’s obligation or alter the primary liability of Sublessee to pay the Rent and to perform all other obligations to be performed by Sublessee hereunder.
