No Relief From Insurer’s Obligations. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, including but not limited to the provisions in this Section 13, the provisions of this Section 13 shall not be construed or applied so as to relieve any insurer of its obligation to pay any insurance claims in accordance with any applicable insurance policy provided under the Project Agreements.
