No Relief from Liability. No action taken pursuant to this Section shall relieve the Company from liability, if any, in respect of such default.
No Relief from Liability. No action taken pursuant to this Section shall relieve any defaulting Underwriter from liability, if any, in respect of such default.
No Relief from Liability. No action taken pursuant to this Section 8 shall relieve any defaulting Underwriter from liability, if any, in respect of such default.

No Relief from Liability. The foregoing requirements as to the types and limits of insurance coverage to be maintained by Client and any approval or waiver of said insurance by Xxxxx Fargo are not intended to and shall not in any manner limit or qualify the liabilities and obligations otherwise assumed by Client pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to the provisions concerning the indemnification obligations of Client; provided that any amounts paid to Xxxxx Fargo pursuant to Client’s indemnification obligations shall be reduced dollar for dollar by the amount of any insurance proceeds that are paid to Xxxxx Fargo pursuant to Section VIII of this Agreement.
