No Relocation Assistance; Waiver of Claims. Tenant acknowledges that it will not be a displaced person at the time this Lease is terminated or expires by its own terms, and Tenant fully releases, waives, and discharges forever any and all claims or other Losses, against and covenants not to xxx City or any City Entity under any Laws, including any and all claims for relocation benefits or assistance from City under federal and state relocation assistance laws. Without limiting Section 5 [Assignment or Subletting], Tenant shall cause any Transferee to expressly waive entitlement to any and all relocation assistance and benefits in connection with this Lease. Tenant shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless City for any and all Losses arising out of any relocation assistance or benefits payable to any Transferee.
