No Relocation Assistance; Waiver of Claims. Lessee acknowledges that it will not be a displaced person at the time this Lease is terminated or expires by its own terms, and Lessee fully RELEASES, WAIVES AND DISCHARGES forever any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action (including, without limitation, consequential and incidental damages) against, and covenants not to xxx, City, its departments, commissions, officers, directors and employees, and all persons acting by, through or under each of them, under any Laws, including, without limitation, any and all claims for relocation benefits or assistance from City under federal and state relocation assistance laws (including, but not limited to, California Government Code Section 7260 et seq.), except as otherwise specifically provided in this Lease with respect to a Taking.
