No Renewal Option. Landlord shall have no obligation to extend or renew this Lease upon expiration or termination of this Lease, or to enter into a new lease of the Premises with Tenant upon the expiration or termination of this Lease. Tenant has no option to extend the Term of this Lease and Landlord reserves the right to lease the Premises to any other person or entity after the end of the Term.
No Renewal Option. Lessee has no option to renew the Lease beyond the Final Expiration Date.
No Renewal Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease, as amended hereby, Tenant shall have no option or right to further renew or extend the Term of the Lease beyond July 31, 2018. Without limiting the foregoing, effective as of the date of this Fifth Amendment, Section 3 of Exhibit D to the Original Lease, Section 7 of the Third Amendment, and Section 3 of the Fourth Amendment, are hereby deleted from the Lease in their entirety and shall be of no further force or effect.
No Renewal Option. Nothing herein shall be construed as permitting Subtenant hereunder to exercise any extension or renewal rights or to exercise any right of first refusal to purchase the Premises or expand the Premises, if any such rights exist, and in no event shall Sublandlord be obligated to extend the term of the Master Lease for any reason.
No Renewal Option. This Agreement may not be ----------------- extended in relation to the Term Loan made pursuant to this Article II, irrespective of whether this Agreement shall be extended in relation to the Revolving Loans pursuant to Article III, except upon the mutual written consent of the Borrower and each Bank.
No Renewal Option. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and confirm that the Renewal Option (as defined in the Lease) provided under Exhibit H attached to the Lease is hereby deleted in its entirety.
No Renewal Option. Article 37 of the Lease is hereby deleted in its entirety and shall be of no further force or effect.
No Renewal Option. Nothing herein shall be construed as permitting Tenant hereunder to exercise any extension or renewal rights, and in no event shall Landlord be obligated to extend the term of the Master Lease for any reason.
No Renewal Option. Subtenant acknowledges that there is no renewal option or similar right to extend the Term.
