Tenant’s Right to Extend is subject and subordinate to the expansion rights (whether such rights are designated as a right of first offer, right of first refusal, expansion option or otherwise) of any tenant of the Building existing on the date hereof.
Tenant shall have an additional one time right to extend the Term of the Lease for an additional sixty (60) month period beyond the Extended Expiration Date, pursuant and subject to the terms and conditions of Section 3.3 (Right to Extend this Lease) of the Lease; except that such right shall be exercised, if at all, not less than nine (9) and not more than twelve (12) months prior to the Extended Expiration Date.
