No Repayments. The Company has not repaid and pending Completion will not repay any loans or other financial accommodation in whole or in part nor has it by reason of any default by it in any of its obligations become bound or liable to be called upon to repay prematurely any loans or borrowed moneys and pending Completion no such default will occur.
