No Replacement Power. In no event shall Seller have the right to procure and substitute any Product from a source other than the Units designated by Buyer for sale or delivery to Buyer under this Agreement, including during an Outage.

No Reprisals No reprisals of any kind will be taken by the Board, the school administration, the Association or the employee against any person because of participation in this grievance procedure.

Failure to demand such evidence of full compliance with the insurance requirements set forth in this Agreement or failure to identify any insurance deficiency shall not relieve Consultant from, nor be construed or deemed a waiver of, its obligation to maintain the required insurance at all times during the performance of this Agreement.
NO REPRESENTATIONS BY LANDLORD Neither Landlord nor any agent of Landlord has made any representations or promises with respect to the Premises or the Building except as herein expressly set forth, and no rights, privileges, easements or licenses are granted to Tenant except as herein expressly set forth.
