Common use of No Represenations or Warranties Clause in Contracts

No Represenations or Warranties. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that the Franchise and the IP Rights are made available to Franchisee on an "as-is" basis without any representation or warranty, including, without limitation, without any representation or warranty regarding the validity, enforceability and/or non-infringement of the IP Rights. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Franchisor hereby disclaims any liability for any damages or detrimental consequences which may arise for the Franchisee as a direct or indirect consequence of the Franchisee’s exercise of its rights or fulfilment of its obligations under this Agreement.
