No representation or reliance. We each acknowledge that we: (a) (or any person acting on our behalf) have not made any representation or other inducement to enter into this Agreement, except for representations or inducements expressly set out in this Agreement; and (b) do not enter into this Agreement in reliance on any representation or other inducement by or on behalf of each other, except for any representation or inducement expressly set out in this Agreement.
