Common use of No Restriction Clause in Contracts

No Restriction. Funding 1 represents to the Funding 1 Security Trustee that as at the Initial Closing Date none of its property, assets and/or undertaking are subject to any restriction (whether contractual or otherwise) that may render the Security Interests granted by Funding 1 under this Deed ineffective or which otherwise prohibit the grant of such Security Interests.
