Common use of No Reversion Clause in Contracts

No Reversion. Except as provided in Section II(F)(9)(b), Settling Defendant shall have no rights to reversion in the event that Potential Settlement Class Members request exclusion or opt out of the Class, and any Opt-Outs shall have no effect on this Settlement Agreement.

No Reversion. Except for the opt-out rescission provision as provided in Section II(F)(9)(bII(G)(10)(b), Settling Defendant shall have no rights to reversion in the event that Potential Settlement Class Members request exclusion or opt out of the Class, and any Opt-Outs Out Claims shall have no effect on this Settlement Agreement.
