No Reversion. Notwithstanding any other contrary provision of the Plan, but subject nevertheless to Sections 5 and 16, no part of the assets in the Trust shall revert to the Employer, and no part of such assets, other than that amount required to pay taxes or administrative expenses, shall be used for any purpose other than exclusive benefit of Employees or their Beneficiaries.
