No Reversion. Xxxxx Farms shall have no rights to reversion, except as provided in Section II(F)(11) of this Settlement Agreement. In the event of a reversion, all funds not previously spent on notice and administrative costs shall be returned to Xxxxx Farms, including any interest accrued.
