No Right of Partition for Redemption. No Partner and no successor-in-interest to any Partner shall have the right while this Agreement remains in effect to have the property of the Partnership partitioned, or to file a complaint or institute any proceeding at law or in equity to have the property of the Partnership partitioned or, except on such terms and conditions as the General Partner may, in its sole discretion, approve, to require the redemption of its interest in the Partnership.
