Waiver of Right of Redemption. Tenant hereby expressly waives (to the extent legally permissible), for itself and all persons claiming by, through, or under it, any right of redemption or for the restoration of the operation of this Lease under any present or future law in case Tenant shall be dispossessed for any cause, or in case Landlord shall obtain possession of the Demised Premises as herein provided.
Waiver of Right of Redemption. Tenant hereby expressly waives any and all rights of redemption granted by or under any present or future laws in the event of Tenant being dispossessed or removed from the Premises because of default by Tenant pursuant to the covenants or agreements contained in this Lease.

Notwithstanding any provision of this Lease to the contrary, the expiration or termination of this Lease and/or the termination of Tenant’s rights to possession of the Tenant Space shall not discharge, relieve or release Tenant from any obligation or liability whatsoever under any indemnity provision of this Lease, including without limitation the provisions of Section 14.2 of this Lease.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OF THE PROVISIONS TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED IN THIS ASSIGNMENT, GRANTOR HEREBY WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS OF REDEMPTION FROM SALE UNDER ANY ORDER OR JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE ON GRANTOR'S BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF EACH AND EVERY PERSON, EXCEPT JUDGMENT CREDITORS OF GRANTOR, ACQUIRING ANY INTEREST IN OR TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SUBSEQUENT TO THE DATE OF THIS ASSIGNMENT.
Waiver of Right of Redemption. Tenant (for itself and all others claiming through Tenant) irrevocably waives and releases any rights under any law now or hereafter existing to redeem or reinstate this Lease or Tenant’s right of occupancy of the Premises after termination of this Lease, including, without limitation, any and all rights conferred by Section 3275 of the Civil Code of California and by Sections 1174(c) and 1179 of the Code of Civil Procedure of California..
Waiver of Right of Redemption. In the event Tenant is evicted or Landlord takes possession of the Premises by reason of any default by Tenant hereunder, Tenant hereby waives any right of redemption or relief from forfeiture as provided by law.

Tenant, for itself and for any and all persons claiming through or under Tenant, upon the termination of this Lease and/or of the term of this Lease in accordance with the terms hereof, or in the event of entry of judgment for the recovery of the possession of the Demised Premises in any action or proceeding, or if Landlord shall enter the Demised Premises by process of law or otherwise, hereby waives any right of redemption provided or permitted by any statute, law or decision now or hereafter in force, and does hereby waive, surrender and give up all rights or privileges which it may or might have, under and by reason of any present or future law or decision, to redeem the Demised Premises or for a continuation of this Lease for the remainder of the term of this Lease after having been dispossessed or ejected therefrom by process of law Or otherwise. The waiver of the right of redemption shall be of no, force and effect if, in any such event and during the period Within which the right of redemption may be exercised, either Landlord, or a receiver appointed by the Court, shall be in possession of the Demised Premises and collecting the rent, income and profit thereof and managing such property. Tenant further waives all right to trial by jury in any summary or other judicial proceedings hereafter instituted by Landlord against Tenant in respect to the Demised Premises.
Waiver of Right of Redemption. Tenant hereby waives all right of redemption to which Tenant or any person under Tenant may be entitled by any law now or hereafter in force. In addition, in the event of a Default consequent to which Landlord recovers possession of the Premises, Landlord shall however be under a duty to mitigate Landlord’s damages.
Waiver of Right of Redemption. By entering into this Agreement, Seller hereby waives its rights to redeem the Shares. The waiver granted by Seller pursuant to this Section 2.05 is irrevocable unless and until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 7.01 and is granted in consideration of Buyer entering into this Agreement and incurring certain related fees and expenses.

Tenant, for Tenant, and on behalf of any and all Persons claiming through or under Tenant, including creditors of all kinds, does hereby waive and surrender all right and privilege which they or any of them might have under or by reason of any present or future law, to redeem the Demised Premises or to have a continuance of this Lease for the term hereby demised after being dispossessed or ejected therefrom by process of law or under the terms of this Lease or after the termination of this Lease as herein provided.
