No Right or Interest in Authority Assets. Company shall have no right or interest in any of the Authority’s assets, nor any claim or lien with respect thereto, arising out of this Agreement or the performance of the Services contemplated herein. In the event of any early termination, the Authority shall pay the Company for all the Services satisfactorily performed prior to the designated termination date.
