No Right to Continued Employment or Service. Neither the Plan, the Agreement nor any action taken thereunder or hereunder shall be construed as giving the Participant any right to be retained in the employ or service of the Service Recipient or any other member of the Company Group. The Service Recipient or any other member of the Company Group may at any time dismiss the Participant from employment or discontinue any consulting relationship, free from any liability or claim under the Plan or this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly provided in the Plan or this Agreement.
