Nothing in this Agreement or the Plan shall interfere with be interpreted or limit in any way the right of the Company or its Subsidiaries construed to terminate the Grantee’s employment, nor confer upon the Grantee any right with respect to continuance of employment by the Company or any subsidiary, nor shall this Agreement or the Plan interfere in any way with the right of its Subsidiaries the Company or continuance of service as a Board memberany subsidiary to terminate the Grantee's employment therewith at any time, with or without Cause.

No Right to Continued Employment. Nothing in this Agreement or the Plan shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or its Subsidiaries be interpreted to terminate the Grantee’s employment, nor confer upon the Grantee any right rights with respect to continuance of employment by the Company, nor shall this Agreement or the Plan interfere in any way with the right of the Company or to terminate the Grantee’s employment at any of its Subsidiaries or continuance of service as a Board membertime. 6.

No Right to Continued Employment. Nothing in this Agreement or Agreement, the Plan, the Plan shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or Company, its Subsidiaries and/or its affiliates to terminate the Grantee’s employmentemployment at any time or for any reason not prohibited by law, nor confer upon the Grantee any right to continuance continue his or her employment for any specified period of employment by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or continuance of service as a Board membertime.

No Right to Continued Employment. Nothing contained in the Plan or in this Agreement Agreement, nor any action taken by the Board, shall confer upon Grantee any right with respect to continuation of employment by the Company as an employee or the Plan shall service as an officer or director nor interfere with or limit in any way with the right of the Company or its Subsidiaries to terminate the Grantee’s employment, nor confer upon the Grantee any right to continuance of employment by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or continuance of other service as a Board memberan employee, officer or director at any time with or without Cause, including during the Restricted Period.

Nothing in this This Agreement or shall not be construed to confer upon Grantee any right to continue employment with the Plan Company and shall not interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company (or any Affiliate), in its Subsidiaries sole and absolute discretion, to terminate the Grantee’s employment, nor confer upon the Grantee employment at any right to continuance of employment by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or continuance of service as a Board membertime.

No Right to Continued Employment. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted or the Plan shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or its Subsidiaries construed to terminate the Grantee’s employment, nor confer upon the Grantee any right with respect to continuance of employment by the Company Partnership or any one of its Subsidiaries Affiliates, nor shall this Agreement interfere in any way with the right of the Partnership or continuance one of service as a Board memberits Affiliates to terminate the Grantee’s employment therewith at any time.

Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement or the Plan shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or Company, its Subsidiaries and/or its Affiliates to terminate the Grantee’s employmentemployment at any time or for any reason in accordance with the Company’s Bylaws and governing law, nor shall any terms of the Plan or this Agreement confer upon the Grantee any right to continuance continue his or her employment for any specified period of time. Neither this Agreement nor any benefits arising under the Plan shall constitute an employment by contract with the Company or Company, any of Subsidiary and/or its Subsidiaries or continuance of service as a Board memberAffiliates.

Nothing Except as may otherwise be provided in an applicable employment or severance agreement, nothing in the Plan or in this Agreement will confer upon the Grantee any right to continue in the employ of the Company or the Plan shall its Subsidiaries or interfere with or limit restrict in any way the right of the Company or its Subsidiaries to terminate the Grantee’s employment, nor confer upon the Grantee any right to continuance of employment by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries Subsidiaries, which is hereby expressly reserved, to remove, terminate or continuance of service as a Board memberdischarge the Grantee at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without Cause.
