Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any position, as an Employee, Consultant or Director of the CompanyDirector. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company to terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service at any time, with time for any reason or without Causefor no reason.

No Right to Continued Service. Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any position, as an Employee, Consultant or Non-Employee Director of the CompanyCompany or any Affiliate. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company or any Affiliate to terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service employment or other service at any time, with or without Causecause.

Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company and its Affiliates to terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service employment or service at any time, with or without Cause.

Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any position, as an Employee, Consultant consultant or Director of the Company. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company to terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service 's Employment or service with the Company at any time, with or without Cause.

No Right to Continued Service. Neither the Plan nor this This Agreement shall not be construed under any circumstance to confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any position, as an Employee, Consultant employee or Director consultant or director of the Company. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company to terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service employment at any time, with or without Causecause, or to take such action with respect to a consultant or director as would otherwise be permissible under any other applicable agreements or the Company’s bylaws.

No Right to Continued Service. Neither Nothing in the Plan nor or this Agreement Agreement: (a) shall confer upon the Grantee any right to continue his or her employment relationship with the Company or any Affiliate, or to be retained in any position, whether as an Employee, Consultant Consultant, Director or Director of otherwise; or (b) shall interfere with, or restrict in any way, the Company. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion rights of the Company or any Affiliate to discharge or terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service relationship with the Grantee at any timetime for any reason whatsoever, with subject to the terms of any Employment Agreement entered into by the Grantee and the Company or without Causeany Affiliate.

No Right to Continued Service. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company to terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service service on the Board or otherwise, at any time, with or without Causecause.
