No Right to Employment or Continued Employment. The Employee understands and agrees that the Stock Awards and this Agreement do not constitute or create any contract of employment or right to further employment with the Employer or any Affiliate and shall not impact in any way the right of the Employer to terminate or change the terms of the employment of the Employee at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without good cause, subject to applicable local law. The Employee understands and agrees that unless contrary to applicable local law or there is an employment contract in place providing otherwise, his or her employment is "at-will" and that either the Employer or the Employee may terminate the Employee's employment at any time and for any reason, subject to applicable local law. The Employee also understands and agrees that his or her "at-will" status (if applicable) can only be changed by an express written contract signed by an authorized officer of the Company and the Employee if the Employee’s employer is the Company.
