No Right to Employment or Services. Nothing in this Award Agreement shall be construed as granting Executive the right to be retained in the employ of CEP or any of its Affiliates. Subject to the terms of the Employment Agreement, CEP or an Affiliate may at any time dismiss Executive from employment, free from any liability or any claim under this Award Agreement other than as provided under Section 3(c)(ii).
