No Right To Employment/Other Service. None of the actions of the Company in establishing the Plan, the actions taken by the Company, the Board of Directors or the Committee under the Plan, or the granting of the Award pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed (a) to create any obligation on the part of the Company or any Affiliate or on the Board of Directors of the Company or such Affiliate to retain the Grantee as an employee, consultant, director or other service provider or to nominate Grantee for election to the Board of Directors, or (b) to be evidence of any agreement or understanding, express or implied, that the person has a right to continue as an employee, consultant, other service provider, or non-employee director for any period of time or at any particular rate of compensation.
