No Right to Future Awards. The grants of the awards under this Agreement to Participant are voluntary, discretionary awards being made on a one-time basis and they do not constitute commitments to make any future awards. The grants of the awards and any payments made hereunder will not be considered salary or other compensation for purposes of any severance pay or similar allowance, except as otherwise required by law.
