Common use of No Right To Holdover Clause in Contracts

No Right To Holdover. Tenant has no right to retain possession of the Premises or any part thereof beyond the expiration or termination of this Lease. In the event that Tenant holds over with Landlord’s express consent, then the Base Rent shall be increased to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Base Rent applicable during the month immediately preceding the expiration or termination. Tenant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Landlord and the Landlord Parties from and against any Claim arising out of such holding over. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as consent by Landlord to any holding over by Tenant.
