Nothing contained herein herein, including the acceptance of Rent by Lessor after expiration or earlier termination of the Lease, shall be construed as a consent by Lessor to any holding over by Lessee.

No Right To Holdover. Subject to the provisions of Paragraph 1.3 above, Lessee has no right to retain possession of the Premises or any part thereof beyond the expiration or of earlier termination of this Lease.
