No Right To Holdover. Lessee has no right to retain possession of the Premises or any part thereof beyond the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease. In the event that Lessee holds over in violation of this Paragraph 266 26 then the Base Rent payable from and after the tie time of the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease shall be increased to two one hundred fifty percent (200150%) of the Base Rent applicable during the month immediately preceding such expiration or earlier termination. Nothing contained herein herein, including the acceptance of Rent by Lessor after expiration or earlier termination of the Lease, shall be construed as a consent by Lessor to any holding over by Lessee.
