No Right to IIMC Benefits. Neither SERVICE PROVIDER nor SERVICE PROVIDER’s employees, Agents, or their employees and Agents shall have and claim the status of an employee of IIMC and shall not have or claim any benefits accruing to or policies covering the employees of IIMC.
