NO RIGHT TO MANAGE OR REPRESENT PARTNERSHIP. (a) No Limited Partner (or group of Limited Partners) shall take part in the management of the business of the Partnership, transact any business for the Partnership or have the power to sign for or to bind the Partnership to any agreement or document, said powers being vested solely and exclusively with the General Partner as set forth herein.
