No Right to Specific Services. Landlord shall have no obligation (i) to install any Electronic Services equipment or facilities, (ii) to make available to Tenant the services of any particular Electronic Services Provider, (iii) to allow any particular Electronic Services Provider access to the Building, (iv) to continue to grant access to an Electronic Services Provider once such provider has been given access to the Building. Landlord may (but shall not have the obligation to): (x) install new Lines at the property, (y) create additional space for Lines at the property, and (z) adopt reasonable and uniform rules and regulations with respect to Lines.
